Worship is the expression of reverence, adoration, honor, respect, devotion and/or highest praise to whomever - or whatever - someone prioritizes above all else in their life. And it’s not just with music and song.
We were made to worship, and we all worship something.
As Christians, we aim to choose King Jesus above everything else. Colossians 1:13 says that “all things have been created through Him and for Him” - that applies to our worship as well. Not because he needs it, but because we need it.
With this mindset, our mission each Sunday morning is to lay down the red carpet for the presence of God in our meeting place. This is so He might get our attention (Psalm 57:8), show us His love and power (Psalm 59:16), and prompt us to respond with free, authentic worship (Psalm 71:23).
Starting at 10:00am, we play instruments, sing songs, and pray - all so we can meet privately with our creator and savior, Jesus. You are free to raise your hands, dance and clap, or simply sit quietly while you listen. God speaks to us all differently!
